Sharni Vinson

Born in NSW, Australia, Sharni Vinson was raised in Sydney's southern suburb of Cronulla. When she was a teenager she was a competitor at the National Level in swimming, holding four State records in the high school. Sharni began dancing, singing and acting at a very young age. She was the 3rd generation of performers in her family. Sharni's mother appeared in musical theatre and her grandmother, Australia's youngst ballerina from 1945, received an opportunity to study at the Borovansky Ballet Company. At the age of 12, Sharni began her studies as a pupil at the Brent Street School of Performing Arts located in Sydney in which she was instructed throughout the various dance forms over the next 10 years. Sharni began her journey with Roadshow Music Australia at 17 aged 17 after graduating from the high school. She was a part within the girl group "Foxfire IV" and had their debut single titled "Roses The Roses', which made it to the Top 50 on the Australian ARIA Charts. Sharni Sharni Sharni
